CJW BUILD LTD is a small building company based in the Waikato. Craig Wallace, a fully qualified builder with over 20 years experience in building and renovating homes in the Waikato is director.

 "15 years ago I set up CJW BUILD LTD to realise my dream, specialising in the building of architectural homes to the highest standard. Today, I have a team who share my passion for building. While we specialise in the building of architectural homes we are just as passionate about all building work. Renovation and alterations are also our specialty, with a different skill set and considerable patience required to achieve the highest quality finish. "A seemless connection from old to new"

"We have also just completed our second shop fitout at Te Awa, The Base and have recently been involved with upgrades to medical centers with Midland Health. We also build concrete block pools, retaining walls, decks and fences. Whatever we are doing, we build it like its our own and strive for perfection".

"As well as being onsite everyday to organise subcontractors and manage your project, you'll find me nailing timber, wheel barrowing concrete and making sure everything is done with great care and attention to detail. Personal service and customer satisfaction are paramount. We want to build homes for people they can be proud of, and still be friends with them afterwards"
